Welcome to the Plausible LFG Network (gamma.plausible.gg and plausible.gg). We help players find skilled squads for PUBG, CS2 and upcoming titles using verified stats and Discord integration. This Privacy Policy explains in full detail what personal information we collect, why we collect it, how we use and protect it, who we share it with, how long we keep it, and what rights you have. We wrote it to be clear and transparent while meeting global privacy laws including GDPR (EU/UK), CCPA/CPRA (California), other U.S. state laws, POPIA (South Africa), and Delaware privacy requirements.

By using our website, Discord bot, or services you accept the practices described below. This policy forms part of our Terms of Service.

  1. Who We Are

    Plausible Gaming Inc is a Delaware C-Corp. Our registered agent address is 3422 Old Capitol Trail, PMB 1553, Wilmington, DE 19808. Our privacy contact is info@plausible.gg. We are the data controller responsible for your personal information.

  2. Information We Collect

    We collect the following personal information:

    • Account & Identity: Discord user ID, username, avatar, joined servers list, and account connections.
    • Contact: Email address (only when you voluntarily submit it for early access or notifications).
    • Game Data: Linked game account IDs and all synced statistics including per-match performance data from FACEIT and KRAFTON/PUBG (rank, ELO, KD, ADR, WR, match history, etc.).
    • Preferences: Region, language, playstyle, skill bracket, and availability.
    • Squad & Voice: Squad names, voice channel invites/logs, participant invites and requests (we collect metadata only — we do not record voice audio).
    • Tournament: Tournament entries, team names, team members, results, and match data.
    • Technical: IP address, device and browser fingerprints.
    • Support: Content of support tickets and bug reports.
    • Analytics: Usage data from Plausible Analytics and Google (UTM parameters only).

    We do not collect payment card details (Stripe processes payments directly) and we never sell your personal data.

  3. How We Collect It
    • Directly from you when you install the Discord bot, fill forms, or participate in squads/tournaments.
    • Automatically from official game APIs when you link accounts.
    • From third parties (Discord, analytics providers).
  4. How We Use It and Legal Basis

    We use your data to:

    • Provide matchmaking, stat syncing, voice rooms, and tournaments (contract performance).
    • Improve the service and generate anonymised insights for studios (legitimate interest).
    • Communicate and provide support (consent or legitimate interest).
    • Prevent abuse and comply with law (legal obligation + legitimate interest).

    For GDPR users, our legal bases are listed above. You can object to legitimate interest processing by contacting us.

  5. Sharing and Disclosure

    We share data only as necessary.

    We use Plausible Analytics (privacy-focused) and Google Analytics (limited UTM tracking only). No advertising cookies. A consent banner is shown on first visit. You can manage preferences or block via your browser.

    We do not sell data. Aggregated, non-identifiable insights may be shared with studios only with permission.

  6. International Transfers

    Our primary servers are in the United States. When transferring data from the EU/UK/South Africa we use Standard Contractual Clauses and other safeguards. You can request a copy of the safeguards at info@plausible.gg.

  7. Retention
    • Active accounts: Data is kept while the account is active.
    • Personal Identifiable Information (PII): Deleted or anonymised after 12 months of inactivity (no login or activity).
    • Aggregated/anonymised stats: Kept longer for legitimate business purposes (improving matchmaking and analytics).

    You can request immediate deletion of all your data at any time.

  8. Your Rights

    You have the right to access, correct, delete, port, object to, or restrict processing of your data. California residents also have the right to know, limit sensitive data, and non-discrimination.

    How to exercise rights: Email info@plausible.gg with “Privacy Rights Request” in the subject. We will verify your identity for security, respond free of charge within 30 days (usually much faster), and confirm completion. You may also use the in-app “Delete my account” button.

  9. Children's Privacy

    The Service is provided globally except in jurisdictions where it is prohibited by law or where Discord is banned or restricted.

    You must be at least the minimum age required to use online services in your country of residence (generally 13 years old in the United States and 16 years old in the European Union, United Kingdom, South Africa, and many other jurisdictions, or the higher age required by your local law).

    By using the Service you represent and warrant that you meet the applicable minimum age and have the legal capacity to agree to this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Service.

    Discord community and server owners who install our bot additionally represent and warrant that they will only invite or allow members who meet the applicable age requirement and that they accept responsibility for ensuring compliance in their server.

    We do not knowingly collect personal data from children below the applicable minimum age in their jurisdiction. If we become aware of or receive a credible report that we have collected data from such a child, we will delete it immediately. Parents or guardians can contact info@plausible.gg for deletion.

  10. Cookies, Tracking and Analytics

  11. Automated Decision Making and Profiling

    Our matchmaking algorithm uses your stats and preferences to suggest squads. This involves profiling but does not produce significant legal or similar effects. You have the right to object or request human review by contacting us.

  12. Security and Data Breaches

    We use encryption, access controls, and regular audits. In the event of a data breach that affects you, we will notify you and regulators as required by law.

  13. Changes to This Policy

    We will post updates here and notify you of material changes via the site or Discord. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
