By using our website (gamma.plausible.gg and plausible.gg), Discord bot, or any part of the Plausible LFG Network (collectively the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read them carefully.
If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms form a binding contract between you and Plausible Gaming Inc, a Delaware C-Corp. They work together with our Privacy Policy.
By accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of a community or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity
The Service is provided globally except in jurisdictions where it is prohibited by law or where Discord is banned or restricted.
You must be at least the minimum age required to use online services in your country of residence (generally 13 years old in the United States and 16 years old in the European Union, United Kingdom, South Africa, and many other jurisdictions, or the higher age required by your local law).
By using the Service you represent and warrant that you meet the applicable minimum age and have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
Discord community and server owners who install our bot additionally represent and warrant that they will only invite or allow members who meet the applicable age requirement and that they accept responsibility for ensuring compliance in their server.
You create an account through Discord OAuth and link your game accounts. You are responsible for keeping your Discord account secure. We are not responsible for losses caused by unauthorized use of your Discord account.
You may only have one account per person unless we approve otherwise.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by us.
You are responsible for any squads, teams, messages, or content you create or post (“User Content”). By submitting User Content you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute it within the Service.
You agree not to:
We may remove content and suspend or ban accounts for violations.
Tournament features may route through Showdown.win. By participating you agree to their rules and terms for the tournament portion. We are not responsible for payout issues or hosting problems handled by Showdown.win, but we take reasonable steps to ensure your data is handled securely.
Paid tiers (Community, Pro, Studio) are billed through Stripe. You authorise us to charge your chosen payment method. Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. Early Access features are currently free but may become paid later. All sales are final except where required by law.
The Service is currently in Early Access / Beta. It is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without any warranties. We do not guarantee perfect matchmaking, 100% accuracy of game stats, or uptime. You use it at your own risk.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations, abuse, or if we stop offering the Service. You may delete your account at any time via the “Delete my account” button or by emailing info@plausible.gg.
All logos, code, designs, and the Service itself belong to Plausible Gaming Inc. You may not copy or modify the Service except as allowed.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (or $100 if you paid nothing). We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (e.g. lost games, lost opportunities).
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims arising from your use of the Service, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Wilmington, Delaware.
We encourage you to contact us first at info@plausible.gg to resolve issues amicably.
We may update these Terms. We will post the new version with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms.
If any part of these Terms is invalid, the rest remains in force. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service. They supersede any prior agreements.
